Mr. Webster received a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Toronto in Metallurgy and Materials Science Engineering in 1978. Mr. Webster was formerly with Powertech Labs Inc. for 31 years, during which time he was responsible for initiating and developing the high pressure testing facilities. Commencing in 2013 at CSA Group, he led the development of the high pressure hydraulic and hydrogen test facilities that are now owned by TesTneT Engineering GmbH. Mr. Webster is currently the Director of Technology at TesTneT Canada.
Since 1996, Mr. Webster has been the Convener of the Working Group responsible for the ISO 11439 CNG vehicle fuel cylinder standard. He is also the Technical Program Director for Components and Vehicular Applications in ISO TC 197 for Hydrogen Technologies.
