Audrey Murrell, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Business Administration, Psychology, Public and International Affairs, and Director at David Berg Center for Ethics and Leadership, University of Pittsburgh, School of Business. 

She received her BS from Howard Unviersity, magna cum laud in 1963 and also holds an MS and PhD from the University of Delaware.

Over the years, Audrey has served as a consultant in the areas of mentoring, organizational effectiveness, teamwork, diversity, and leadership development. She is also the author of the book, "Intelligent Mentoring: How IBM Adds Value through People, Knowledge and Relationships" published by Pearson Education Group.
