Ellen Wright is currently a Senior Chemical Engineer in global R&D at Ecolab within the Life Sciences division. As the project technical lead, she develops new innovations for Cleaning, Sanitation & Disinfection programs for the non-sterile pharmaceutical, cosmetic & personal care industries. In addition, she contributes as technical support for Ecolab’s sterile pharmaceutical cleanroom customers in Life Sciences.
Prior to Life Sciences, she worked within Ecolab’s Food & Beverage division. Within that role, she contributed to innovations to help increase food safety and product quality, enhance sustainability and boost operational efficiency for the global food and beverage industry.
Ellen received her B.S in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. While studying, she completed extended project engineering courses at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Currently she serves as the Enterprise Lead and Twin Cities Chapter Lead of Ecolab’s Young Professional organization CONNECT.
