Hermanni Heimonen is a Technical Lead at IQM Quantum Computers in Espoo, Finland. He is responsible for developing superconducting quantum computer concepts for application specific Co-Design quantum chips.
Hermanni completed his B.Sc. in physics and mathematics at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2014. He then worked at the European Spallation Source (ESS) and the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), researching polarized neutron imaging. In 2020, he obtained his PhD in quantum nonlinear dynamics and open quantum systems from the Center for Quantum Technologies at the National University of Singapore.
