Dr. Hongwei Shen has a PHD degree in Chemistry from McGill University in Canada where he studied morphological transitions of block copolymers in solution. He is currently a technical manager who leads a group of scientists focused on surfactant-based formulation research and innovation for home care, personal care, and oral care applications at Colgate Palmolive Company. He has published over 20 peer-reviewed scientific research papers and held more than a dozen patents.
