For the past 6 years, Karnel Walker has led diverse teams in marketing, business development, and Profit & Loss. Karnel brings 20 years of commercial and business leadership experience in providing laboratory product and services solutions to various market segments, including cGMP pharmaceutical quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) workflows. Currently, he leads a diverse team of global business managers that work tirelessly to enable Thermo Fisher Scientific’s largest global biopharmaceutical strategic partners to deliver critical medicines and therapies to over 1 million patients a day. This supports the company’s mission to enable their customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
A passion for enablement through science education, Karnel received the 2017 CEO Involvement Award for his leadership in STEM diversity & inclusion. Karnel enjoys biking, reading, the Dallas Cowboys, craft beer, and travelling the world with his lovely wife, Joan and two teenage daughters, Jalen & Kendal.
