While no overt commercialism is allowed within the meeting rooms, you will be able to provide attendees with valuable information during breaks in the technical sessions. Cancellation Policy:
Full payment should accompany all sponsor registrations. All cancellations are assessed a 25% processing fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to the conference. No refunds will be given for cancellations received 29 days or less prior to the conference start.
