Increasing Inclusion at all Career Stages

Inspiring

Inspiring the next generation of engineers by introducing K-12 students to the profession as an outlet to positively impact the world.

Engaging

Engaging College students by supporting more inclusive environments with Unconscious Bias Modules to embed D&I in academic communities to increase persistence in engineering degrees.

Retaining

Retaining Mid-career Engineers in the profession with professional development programs to support women & under-represented minorities, unconscious bias and inclusive community sessions. 

Advancing

Advancing equity in the profession by providing strategic training, networking and advancement opportunities to under-represented Engineers seeking executive or c-suite roles.  

Supporting

Supporting the entire continuum of an Engineer’s lifecycle in conjunction with AIChE’s Institute for Learning Innovation.
