(195b) Digital Transformation of Unit Operations Laboratory

The Unit Operations Laboratory at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology recently underwent its digital transformation and the facilities are now being used in multiple courses as well as research projects. The fundamental shift to allowing open and efficient access to data has allowed this rich resource to influence not only the traditional Unit Operations lab course, but to supplement other core courses, serve as the backbone for our new Process Analytics course, and act as a hub for multidisciplinary research projects.
