Authors

Tsapatsis, M. - Presenter, Johns Hopkins University
Since the early 90's Professor Lin has made important contributions in many fronts of adsorption and membrane science and engineering. I will highlight his group's influential contributions on zeolite and MOF membranes and adsorbents including zeolite membrane microstructure evolution during thermal treatments (Dong et al., MICROPOROUS AND MESOPOROUS MATERIALS, 34, 241-253 (2000)), novel synthesis approaches for para-xylene selective zeolite membranes (JOURNAL OF THE AMERICAN CHEMICAL SOCIETY , 126, 4776-4777 (2004), and stability of ZIF-8 membranes and crystals in water (JOURNAL OF MEMBRANE SCIENCE, 485, 103-111 (2015). New directions that this work opened will be discussed.
