The goal of Enlisense’s SWEATSENSER Dx technology is to demonstrate the feasibility to use develop clinically relevant wearable technology to spot illness the same way many of millions of human beings track our exercise habits and sleep patterns. The core premise of the technology is rooted in proving out the hypothesis that physiological changes precede the development of symptoms for a variety of illnesses, and being able to detect these changes early may bring to the subject’s attention much earlier when diseases are more readily treatable and potentially curable

In order to establish the proof-of-clinical feasibility of this technology. The SWEATSENSER has been worn by a volunteer cohort and multiple measurements have been collected in passive human sweat to tease out the body’s inflammatory trending profile towards elucidating the human body’s physiological response towards assessing the WELLNESS vs ILNESS state. The SWEATSENSER device captures parameters such as like heart rate, skin temperature in conjunction with biomarkers whose temporal dynamics can be mapped to a human being’s physiological state. .

After obtaining baseline idea of normal readings for each person the SWEATSENSER Dx looks for deviations from these typical patterns to see whether changes might be tied to new environmental conditions, illness, or other factors that can impact health.

The goal of the SWETSENSER Dx is to create a health dashboard that does for people what dashboards already do for automobiles, Using the SWEATSENSER Dx platform we seek to demonstrate a health dashboard whereby the platform relays temporally dynamic information to the smartphone. Alerts will go off with elevated levels of pro and anti-inflammatory cytokines in conjunction with other non sweat metrics. The vision of this platform is that abnormalities to a known healthy baseline will be detected - these will enable early detection of disease, perhaps even before symptoms occur.

The overarching goal of SWEATSENSER Dx is to deliver a clinical grade technology that non-invasively monitors humans and deliver clinical-quality data to health care providers to preemptively monitor and alert them to anomalies before they get sick.
