After almost two years of a global pandemic, businesses and life in general have had to adapt to a new normal. Most of us found ways to effectively perform our jobs from a forced work-from-home environment, but did we do it right? Did we lose something more than the casual coffee chat with colleagues at the office? Did we lead our teams in an effective way? In this talk, we will discuss and reflect on a few examples from ExxonMobil.
