The Engineering Student Leadership Challenge will be a special adaptation of the "Student Leadership Challenge" to explain the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership(TM) (Kouzes and Posner) from the perspective of engineers and other technical professionals. As an Adjunct Asst. Professor, a professional chemical engineer, and a Certified Master of the Leadership Challenge community, I am able to explain leadership in a simple and elegant model that can apply to everyone.
