Integrated Design of Drug Substance and Drug Product Manufacture

This session encourages oral submissions to illustrate the advantages of integrating experimental designs and simulation tools to support drug substance and drug product processes for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Topics ranging from small and large molecule process development to technologies incorporating a blend of experiments and models are welcome. Examples of topics that will be considered in this session include integrated modeling for improving impurity understanding, or assist with technology advancement related to continuous manufacturing, therapeutic proteins, etc.
