Leaders driving EDI through culture change with stakeholders

Companies continue to try and make significant progress on equity, inclusion and diversity. AIChE itself has refreshed its EDI statement to IDEAL to drive further anti-racism action and active learning. Leaders and managers have been trying many different approaches to help their teams progress with EDI, but find real and meaningful progress is often hard to achieve and to sustain. This session will be a workshop to introduce concepts about EDI journey maturity, explore the different typologies of the journey and focus on stakeholder identification, engagement and enlistment in the journey that creates and sustains meaningful change over time.
