The transition to a faculty position can be a difficult process. This workshop is intended to help prepare prospective faculty prepare for the search process and successfully transition into an academic position. It will offer advice on identifying suitable career goals and specific objectives, and developing a plan to achieve them. Special attention will be devoted to establishing a funded research program.
