Shape memory polymer composites (SMPC) are smart materials that can be restored to their original shape with specific stimuli, such as heat, electricity, and light. However, it takes a lot of process and time to find the result according to the content of the material and filler. In this study, thermal conductivity, tensile strength and etc. of SMPC were tested, which were prepared by various filler types and contents. The shape recovery behavior according to various conditions was also experimentally measured. After that an equation which shows the correlation between shape recovery performance and preparation conditions was derived through regression analysis using the experimental results as parameters. Then, the results were analyzed using Correlation coefficient and Mean absolute error. The equation could be used to predict SMPC’s performance other than those tested data.
