(209a) Sustainable Process Development – a Corporate Perspective

Sustainable innovation and development in process industry has gained steam in recent years as more and more corporations are investing towards sustainable, low carbon products. Stage gate process with mandatory sustainability reviews is now practiced in corporate innovation pipeline as well as capital allocation processes. Several internationally recognized tools exist to help corporation embed sustainability in their business processes. This presentation will look at ways corporations are embedding sustainability in product innovation and capital deployment.
