However, there are simple strategies and considerations that can be taken early in the commercialization plan to ensure you can deliver profitable growth on accelerated timelines. In this talk, I will discuss a few of the critical development strategies to consider early in a project that will improve probability of success at the scale-up phase. I will also discuss a couple of hypothetical examples highlighting these strategies in innovation projects.
