Developing a Mentorship Program and Cultivating Mentor/Mentee Relationships

Mentorship is an excellent opportunity for members to expand their network while considering specific areas of growth they would like to improve on. This workshop will focus on how to start and continuously grow a sustainable mentorship program in your chapter by explaining the events and planning used in our chapter’s own alumni mentorship, peer mentorship, and graduate mentorship programs. Additionally, this workshop will discuss how to cultivate good relations in mentorship to ensure that both the mentor and mentee achieve their goals when joining your chapter’s mentorship program
