With the increasing demand for sustainable and eco-friendly materials, there is a growing interest in repurposing agricultural waste for various applications. Sawdust, a byproduct of wood processing industries, is abundantly available and poses environmental challenges when not properly managed. This research explores the feasibility of utilizing sawdust as a renewable and biodegradable resource for 3D printing and molding applications. We investigated the solubility of our binder, ratio of sawdust, effect of plasticizer. Alongside, this research looked at the consistency, mechanical properties, and blowing capacity of the products from the furnish of binding agent and sawdust was monitored.
