Materials for Thermochemical and Electrochemical Energy Storage

Chair(s)

Lin, H., Washington State University

Co-chair(s)

Liu, J., Pacific Northwest National Laboratory
Chen, Y., Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences

This session solicits the latest research results and progress in materials for energy storage via any electrochemical and thermochemical means. Chemical energy storage is a critical component for the effective harnessing of typically intermittent renewable energy sources. Research on material and process innovations in electrochemical energy storage, water-splitting, thermochemical energy storage, etc. are welcome.
