(0b) Application of Biological Immune Theory in the Study of Evolution Mechanism of Safety Protection Accidents in Petrochemical Enterprises

As an organic dynamic complex system, it is necessary for petrochemical enterprises to integrate natural disaster accident, terrorist attack accident and process safety accident as a whole into the scope of safety protection from the perspective of safety, and to analyze the evolution mechanism of accident as a whole. From the perspective of safety protection, this study establishes a petrochemical enterprise safety protection system, which is composed of three parts, such as the natural disasters accident protection, the terrorist attacks accident prevention and the process safety accidents protection, based on the types of safety accidents in the petrochemical enterprises. Based on the similarity between safety protection system and human immune system, the safety protection immune system of petrochemical enterprises was established by using bionic principle, and the related formulas for analyzing the occurrence mechanism of safety protection accidents in petrochemical enterprises were put forward by using the dynamic game between antibody force f(Ab) and antigen force f(Ag). The evolution cycle of the safety protection accident in the petrochemical enterprise is divided into six stages: accident threat deterrence period, accident risk prevention period, accident potential danger monitoring period, accident early warning delay period, accident emergency response period, accident recovery and reconstruction period. The significance of the evolution characteristics of safety protection accidents in petrochemical enterprises is analyzed by the proposed safety protection antibody system and safety protection antigen system. The evolution mechanism of the whole process of safety protection accidents in petrochemical enterprises is obtained, which not only provides a reference for the prevention and emergency response of safety protection accidents in petrochemical enterprises, but also provides a new idea for the study of the mechanism of safety protection accidents in petrochemical enterprises.
