The path we take as we develop in our careers is a unique and personal one. We begin the journey wide eyed armed with our basic education and the goal of landing our first professional job. As we move through the career our experience and skills grow, and we begin to select our path more thoughtfully. The choices to pursue certificates, credentials and/or licensure are forks in the road that help one deliberately shape a career path. This presentation will discuss differences between certificates, credentials, and licensure, and describe how each can impact a career path.
