(151c) I Certainly Wouldn’t Have Planned It that Way

As beginning employees we are taught to seek career advice and map out an ideal career path...then reality happens. Our careers are more often shaped by a series of unforeseeable events and difficult decisions rather than detailed 5-year plans. Using a series of case studies, this paper explores the life lessons learned at those career inflection points, and while I certainly wouldn’t have planned it that way...I wouldn’t have had it any other way.
