(141b) In Situ Process Monitoring Improves Process Development

In situ reaction monitoring improves process development efficiency while reducing safety and quality risks. Process analytical tools enable gathering of real-time continuous data, providing insights into reaction behavior not possible with a one sample at a time approach. This presentation will discuss examples in which in situ monitoring has been used to expedite process development and improve efficiency. We will also highlight how process analytical tools have assisted in developing safe processes and minimizing safety risk during scale up.
