(97a) Cybersecurity Risk Assessment Strategies in Industrial Control Systems

Industrial Control Systems (ICS) have become more vulnerable with the increasing use of commercially available off the shelf (COTS) technology, enterprise integration and remote access requirements. The cybersecurity risks associated with these vulnerabilities can be difficult to capture and present as they include traditional process safety consequences and information technology causes. This presentation will look at some strategies to conduct Cyber Risk Assessment and some best practices for success.
