Based on the deepening understanding of the concept of "Yinhuan", the Chinese government continues to implement risk-based process safety management, and issued the national standard < Guidelines for chemical process safety management>(AQ/T3034-2022) in 2022. On this basis, the Safety, Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation Technology Center of the University of China Petroleum (East China) has developed a process safety management evaluation method suitable for Chinese chemical companies, which evaluates the elements of enterprise process safety management from the four dimensions of perfection, effectiveness, execution and implementation effect, evaluates the shortcomings and deficiencies of enterprises, puts forward targeted strategies for the next step of improvement, and provides reference for government supervision. This evaluation has been applied in more than 100 chemical companies in China, and it is hoped that relevant work experience can be exchanged through this sharing.
