(194b) Heat Exchanger Tube ID Cleaning Using Vbx Technology

USA Debusk has pioneered a new method of heat exchanger tube ID cleaning to meet NDE testing cleanliness requirements using our VBX technology. Current common practices for exchanger tube cleaning to meet NDE standards include multiple conventional hydroblasting attempts, high pressure 40K hydroblasting, grit/abrasive blasting and offsite specialty cleaning. VBX technology offers advantages to each of these common practices saving time, reducing waste, reducing risk, and reducing cost. USA Debusk has deployed VBX heat exchanger tube cleaning on over 1 million tubes with a 100% Eddy Current and IRIS test pass rate after one cleaning attempt.
