When two global companies with their own Process Safety Management (PSM) merged, the journey of integrating and harmonizing of the system began. This presentation will demonstrate the process we went through and challenges/opportunities we have faced as we migrate personnel, documentation, management system together. At the same time, we utilized this opportunity to make our PSM better and create a safer environment
