This session’s objective is to focus on career paths in process safety, the diversity of the process safety profession, and the role of mentorship to promote a diverse and inclusive process safety workforce. The first 30-minute session focuses on introducing AIChE's IDEAL commitment. The second session is a 60-minute panel, partnering with AIChE IDEAL, exploring diversity and inclusion within the process safety profession and mentorship.
