As climate change worsens and extreme weather events become more common, there is an increasing need for chemical engineers from all industries to provide guidance on how to handle these situations. This includes professionals who specialize in environmental work and legal work, all of whom provide necessary input to handling and preparing for these events. This panel session will include engineers providing their perspectives on how to approach extreme weather events and natural disasters from resilience, environmental, and legal points of view.
