Fortalecimento DA Cultura De Segurança Através Do Compartilhamento De Lições Aprendidas De Incidentes De Processo

O Elemento “Investigação de Incidentes e Desvios”, dentro do Pilar “Aprendendo com a Experiência”, correlaciona-se com os demais Elementos e Pilares do Sistema de Gerenciamento de Segurança de Processos Baseado em Risco (RBPS – Risk Based Process Safety). O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar técnicas que favoreçam um maior alcance dos aprendizados do Compartilhamento de Lições Aprendidas das Investigações de Incidentes de Processo. Observou-se que a utilização de formas estruturadas para transmitir as mensagens específicas para cada público, de acordo com o seu papel dentro das partes interessadas, permite um aumento significativo da Cultura de Segurança de Processo dentro das organizações.

The Element “Investigation of Incidents and Deviations”, within the Pillar “Learning from Experience”, correlates with the other Elements and Pillars of the Risk Based Process Safety Management System (RBPS). The objective of this work is to identify techniques that favor a greater reach of the lessons learned from the Sharing of Lessons Learned from the Investigations of Process Incidents. It was observed that the use of structured ways to convey specific messages to each audience, according to their role within the stakeholders, allows a significant increase in the Process Safety Culture within organizations.
