Reliability of processes and equipment, such as Steam Crackers, in downstream manufacturing depends on critical and noncritical equipment avoiding both expected and unexpected failure modes. The goal is to enable to Operators to use actionable insights from advanced machine learning models to gain early warning of mechanical and process failure modes. Early warning decreases expenses by shifting unplanned maintenance to planned and increases revenue by improving process availability.
