Lee O. Fuller, Vice President of Government Relations, joined IPAA in 1998. From 1978 through 1986, Mr. Fuller served Senator Lloyd Bentsen as a professional staff member and staff director of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works. Dr. H. Scott Fogler

Scott Fogler is Past President of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers for 2010. He received his B.S. from the University of Illinois and his M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Colorado. He is the Ame and Catherine Vennema professor of chemical engineering and the Arthur F. Thurnau professor at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. John Prados

Dr. John W. Prados, is Vice President and University Professor Emeritus at the University of Tennessee, where he served for more than 50 years. A consultant for industry, government, and education, he was also Senior Education Associate in the NSF Engineering Directorate. He has served as Engineering Accreditation Commission Chair and President of ABET; Treasurer and Director of AIChE; and editor of the Journal of Engineering Education . Dr. John P. O'Connell

John O’Connell is Professor Emeritus at the Univ. of Virginia. He has been active in AIChE for more than 50 years. An AIChE Fellow for more than 25 of those years, he served as Fellows Chair from 2004 to 2011, and became founding Chair of the Fellows Council. John is currently the Fellows Council Secretary and Editor of the Fellows Newsletter. He served on AIChE’s Board of Directors from 2015 through 2017.

Soemantri Widagdo is Manager of Multifunctional Surfaces and Adhesives, in the Display and Graphics Business at 3M. He received his B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia, and his M.Ch.E. and Ph.D. from Stevens Institute of Technology.
