Paul Larsen joined Dow Chemical in 2007 as a crystallization scientist within Dow's Core R&D organization after receiving a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Paul supported global projects across Dow's agricultural and specialties businesses, receiving six "Dow Tech Center" awards for projects that each generated 2-5MM USD/yr EBIT. In 2016, Paul transferred to Dow Agrosciences/CortevaTM Agriscience, continuing as a crystallization expert while broadening his impact to formulated products.
