The 2015 AIChE Gala raised more than $600,000 and celebrated CCPS's 30th anniversary by honoring leaders in process safety and their respective companies. Funds raised at the gala will help advance process safety knowledge and expertise of chemical engineering graduates worldwide.
Professor David Silverstein has earned the 2016 Award for Service to Chemical Engineering Education. David’s selfless service from the start of his faculty career at the University of Kentucky – Paducah until now has been primarily focused on providing service to the chemical engineering education community.
