Paul T. Otis, P.E., PhD, PMP, worked at Rohm and Haas in production scheduling and supply chain optimization. He now works at the U.S. Energy Information Administration (Email: paul.otis@eia.gov). He holds a BS in chemical engineering from Texas A&M Univ., an MS in industrial engineering from Louisiana State Univ., and a PhD in industrial and systems engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State Univ.
