Götz Veser is Nickolas A. DeCecco Professor of Chemical Engineering and associate director of the Center for Energy at the University of Pittsburgh. He obtained his Diploma in chemical engineering at the University of Karlsruhe, and a PhD in physical chemistry at the Fritz Haber Institute, Berlin, both in Germany.
