Jakob Buecheler

Jakob Buecheler joined Novartis in January 2019 as part of the Advanced Manufacturing and Technologies group with the focus on Drug Product Technologies. He joined from Merck KGaA, where he was working on Antibody-Drug Conjugates as part of his PhD with the focus on degradation pathways and formulation aspects. He holds a BSc. in Biology from the University of Mainz, Germany and a MSc. in Microbiology from the University of Tuebingen, Germany. Heiko Oertling

Heiko Oertling was born in 1974 in Karlsruhe, Germany, and studied chemistry at the Technical Universities of Dresden and Berlin. He received his Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Stuttgart in 2003 and a post-doctoral stay at the University of California in Berkeley followed.
