Dr. Samuel M. Goodman is a chemical engineer by training, earning his doctorate from the University of Colorado at Boulder after his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin Madison. Following graduate school, Dr. Goodman completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Academy of Sciences and was an AAAS Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the U.S. Department of Defense. He is currently an analyst at the U.S. International Trade Commission.
