Eric Janz is a Faculty of Practice in the School of Engineering at the University of Dayton, and the Founder of the consulting firm Engineered Analysis and Results, LLC. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of mixing.
He graduated from the University of Dayton with Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering in 1996 and 1998, respectively. He is currently working on a Doctor of Engineering in Materials Engineering focusing on simulating the mechanical impact of transient heat transfer, with expected completion in 2023.
This year’s AIChE WISE interns worked with Washington policymakers and researched energy and environmental issues, learning how chemical engineers can affect and contribute to public policy.
Shailesh is Director of Process Safety at Ingenero, Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries. He has been involved in hands-on project execution for both upstream and downstream operations. He also understands relief system design and applicable codes and standards including ASME and API.
