Samagya Banskota

Samagya obtained her B.Sc. in Bioengineering from Penn State University, where her work focused on re-engineering tumor metabolism for treatment of breast cancer. She then earned her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University under the supervision of Professor Ashutosh Chilkoti. Her doctoral work focused on the development of genetically encoded biopolymers-based drug delivery systems and elucidating rules that govern the pharmacokinetics of such biopolymers. Cicera Lazzarotto

'Dr. Cicera Lazzarotto is a Senior Scientist at Beam Therapeutics. She completed her postdoctoral training in the lab of Dr. Shengdar Tsai, where she led the development of sensitive, unbiased methods for defining the genome-wide off-target activity of genome editors. Dr. Lazzarotto earned her PhD in Biotechnology and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in Brazil.'Read more

Luca Pinello

Luca Pinello is a computational biologist and leader in developing computational methods for functional genomics, genome editing and single cell technologies. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics and Computer Science from University of Palermo, Italy. He is currently an Associate Pathologist at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and an Associate Professor of Pathology at Harvard Medical School. Catherine Stehman-Breen

Linda Nazar

Linda Faye Nazar FRS FRSC OC is the Senior Canada Research Chair in Solid State Energy Materials and Distinguished University  Research Professor of Chemistry at the University of Waterloo, Canada.  She has been inducted into the Royal Society (London) in recognition of her work.  

She is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (UK), an Officer of the Order of Canada, and a Justus Liebig Visiting Professor in Germany.
