James M. Tuck, PhD, is a professor in the Dept. of Electrical and Computer Engineering at North Carolina State Univ., where he has worked since joining as an assistant professor in 2007. Tuck earned his PhD in computer science from the Univ. of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he also received his MS in electrical engineering. Magdelene N. Lee is a PhD candidate in chemical and biomolecular engineering at North Carolina State Univ. (NCSU) advised by Albert Keung. Her research involves developing scalable DNA-based information storage systems. She received her MS in chemical engineering at NCSU in 2022 and her BS in chemical engineering at the Univ. of Alabama in 2020, and she was a National Institutes of Health (NIH) T32 Molecular Biotechnology Training Program Fellow at NCSU.Read more
