CLE AIChE Process Safety Seminar Series: Wednesdays, October 16, 23, and 30

Process Safety Fundamentals with Chemical Processes is widely regarded as a vital and significant part of an overall Environment, Health and Safety Management System for chemical operations. We will briefly examine some recent process safety incidents which will help us understand the history and origins of chemical process safety. We will lay the groundwork for a comprehensive process safety management system for chemical operations. It is recommended to read ahead of the first lecture. It would be helpful to all attendees to be familiar with the OSHA PSM standard and its language.
