ELISE H. NOWEE was appointed President of Shell Catalysts & Technologies in July 2022. Previously, she was General Manager for the Lubricants Supply Chain Business in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Nowee, who joined Shell nearly 30 years ago as a chemical engineer at Pernis Refinery, has worked across the full value chain and has a strong track record of growing a variety of Shell businesses.
