Brief Bio Scientist at the University of Kentucky, Center for Applied Energy Research (CAER) from 1979 to present. My research has been in various areas from the utilization of coal, coal combustion, and gasification by-products, NOX, SO2 and Hg emissions control from flue-gas, oil shale pyrolysis, methane storage on activated carbon, and thermal properties and characterization of the forms of ammonia captured by combustion ash. Currently in charge of the Chemical Looping Combustion Research at the CAER and have been working in CLC since 2006.
