Julie D. White, P.E.

Julie White, P.E., CFSP, is a senior process engineer with Chevron Phillips Chemical, Kingwood Research & Technology. She was previously a principal consultant with JD White Engineering, LLC (Email: julie.white@jdwhiteengineering.com). She has more than 25 years of experience in petrochemical facilities and onshore and offshore oil and gas exploration and production facilities. Her focus is on resilient operations and reliable engineered safeguards including functional safety and pressure relief systems. She holds a BS in chemical engineering from Colorado School of Mines and an MS in chemical engineering from Louisiana State Univ. White is a professional engineer in Texas and is a certified functional safety professional (CFSP).
