Merri Hanson is the Director of Peninsula Mediation & ADR and manages numerous federal contracts that provide mediators, coaches and trainers for agencies throughout the United States and the Pacific. Merri is a past president of the Virginia Mediation Network, has served on the Supreme Court of Virginia Dispute Resolution Advisory Board and taught communication, conflict management and ADR courses at colleges and universities in Virginia and California. Merri enjoys finding new ways to teach and learn how to solve problems and make decisions.
