Flaubert Matos Machado have been working in Petrobras for 19 years, beginning as an equipment engineer. He has held leadership positions in offshore production facilities operations, maintenance, inspection and HSE. Flaubert is currently serving as HSE Strategy and Center of Excellence General Manager in Petrobras, including the Process Safety Corporative Department, among other disciplines. He is an experienced manager in safety management system implementation, graduating in Mechanical Engineering and Strategic and Economic Business Management, MBA.
